The TrueProfit Alternative

Last checked: October 2026

Choose TrueProfit when you only sell on Shopify and accept a bill that starts at $35 per month for 300 orders and rises after that cap (Shopify listing and trueprofit.io/pricing, checked 22 October 2026). Choose CostRadar when you want one flat price (free for 100 orders a month, then $29.99 per store per month with unlimited orders and no per-order fee) across Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Allegro, and eBay.

TrueProfit costs more as your orders grow. CostRadar keeps one price, with unlimited orders on paid plans, so a stronger sales month does not raise your software bill.

TrueProfit starts at $35/mo and charges more after an order cap. CostRadar stays on a flat price from $29.99/mo, with unlimited orders on Advanced and Premium and profit across every channel you sell on.

When TrueProfit is a better fit

When CostRadar is a better fit

Switch from TrueProfit

How much does TrueProfit cost for 2,000 orders per month?

About $150 on the Ultimate plan: $100 plus 500 orders past the 1,500 cap, at $0.10 each. That is still under the $700 extra-fee ceiling on that plan. CostRadar Premium is $39.99 a month on a yearly plan, or $49.99 month to month, with no fee per order.

Does TrueProfit support WooCommerce?

No. TrueProfit is for Shopify stores. CostRadar shows profit for Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Allegro, and eBay on every plan.

Does CostRadar have quantity-based product cost like TrueProfit?

Yes, on Advanced and Premium. Product cost can change with the quantity you sell, on Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. On Shopify, older stock is counted at the price you paid for it until that stock is gone, so profit follows what those units actually cost. TrueProfit’s quantity pricing is built for Shopify.

Does TrueProfit have a free plan?

No. You get 14 days free, then at least $35 a month. CostRadar has a free plan: 100 orders a month and 7 days of history, and you upgrade when the number is useful.

When is TrueProfit a better fit than CostRadar?

Choose TrueProfit if you only sell on Shopify, you want the iPhone and Android app, you need the deepest ad attribution (listed on the $200 plan), or your product cost should arrive from CJ Dropshipping (the Shopify listing also names Printful, Printify, and Gelato), and you are fine paying more as orders grow. Choose CostRadar if you sell on more than one channel, or you want one price that does not climb with volume.

Does CostRadar have a native iOS/Android app like TrueProfit?

No. TrueProfit has an app in the App Store and Google Play. CostRadar opens on your phone in the browser, can be added to your home screen, and shows Today’s Net. You trade the store app for profit across more sales channels and a flat price.

Does CostRadar have CJ or Printful connectors like TrueProfit?

No. TrueProfit is the better fit when those supplier costs should show up on their own. Their pricing page confirms CJ Dropshipping, and the Shopify listing also names Printful, Printify, and Gelato. In CostRadar you set product cost with rules, a spreadsheet, or Zapier, and that cost still flows into profit on every channel.

Does CostRadar map ShipStation or ShipBob actuals like Shopify Shipping in TrueProfit?

Yes. A connected ShipStation label or ShipBob invoice replaces the shipping estimate on that order, so profit uses what you paid. If both are connected, the ShipStation label is the one that stays. CostRadar does not connect Shippo. TrueProfit’s advantage is Shopify Shipping on the $60 plan and a longer list of shipping tools, including Shippo.
