How Approve works

The agent proposes. You decide. Every change goes through the same four steps.

  1. Find and price. A leak is detected and priced in dollars per month.
  2. Preview. The preview says exactly what Approve will change, and what it will not touch.
  3. Approve. One click from you. Approving needs Premium, and client or read-only seats cannot approve.
  4. Log and undo. The action goes into the activity log with before and after. Reversible changes can be undone for 7 days.

Actions Approve can run include filling missing product cost, applying a fee or shipping rule inside CostRadar, creating a purchase-order draft, flagging or ending a recurring cost, and logging a checklist for changes you make elsewhere.

Built so nothing runs behind your back

  • Preview before every change. Each action shows what it will do before you click.
  • Limits on every action. Approve changes CostRadar data one action at a time. Ad-platform actions are limited to one ad set per action, with caps on budget increases.
  • Audit log. Every approved action is recorded with before and after values.
  • Undo for 7 days. Reversible actions can be rolled back from the panel or from Slack within 7 days.
  • Meta writes need Approve and are opt-in. Pausing an ad set or changing its budget on Meta is available only when enabled, always behind an explicit Approve, and stays off by default.
  • Google Ads is read-only. CostRadar reads Google Ads spend. It never pauses campaigns or changes bids or budgets there.

A Store Brain that learns your business and assortment

Store Brain keeps a profile of what you sell, your target margin and ad-return floor, your peak seasons, and your hard rules. It proposes facts from your data and from what you tell it. Every fact shows where it came from, nothing is used until you confirm it, and you can delete the whole Store Brain. Ask in a direct message or by mentioning CostRadar. Pending actions arrive as rows with their own Approve button and a confirmation step. Once an action runs, the button turns into the result, with Undo while it can still be reversed.
