Map the metrics
| BeProfit | CostRadar | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Basic $49/mo, 450 orders | Advanced $29.99, unlimited orders | The cap is the main difference |
| Plus $249/mo for unlimited orders and shops | Premium $49.99 per store | Each CostRadar store is billed on its own |
| Amazon on higher plans | Amazon as its own store | Not bundled inside the Shopify plan |
| 14-day trial, then a paid plan | Free plan, plus a 14-day trial on paid plans | You can see 100 orders a month at $0 |
| Campaign-link attribution on Ultimate | First or last click, profit on an ad | Not their campaign-link model |
Connect and the first week
Connect the Shopify store from Settings, then Stores. Add Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Allegro, or eBay if you sell there too. On day one, expect a profit total for the synced orders, not a clone of BeProfit reports. In the first week, match product cost and refunds, then compare one week side by side.
Who should stay
Stay on BeProfit if campaign-link attribution or their profit tests on Ultimate are the feature you use every week. Switch if the order cap, or a second channel, is why you are looking.
