Switch from Polar Analytics to CostRadar
Last checked 22 October 2026.
Polar Analytics is a broad analytics platform. CostRadar is a smaller product on purpose: true net profit, not a connector catalog. Checked 22 October 2026, the Shopify listing and Polar's terms still described Core from $750 per month under a sales bracket, scaling after that.
What does not move
Polar's pixel, purchase events sent to Meta, and Klaviyo audience pushes do not move into CostRadar. CostRadar does not send purchase events to Meta. If that signal is why you pay for Polar, stay.
Map the metrics
| Polar Analytics | CostRadar | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Core from $750/mo, price follows sales | $29.99 or $49.99 per store | No sales bracket |
| Many data sources | Orders, fees, product cost, ad spend, shipping | A shorter list, on purpose |
| Pixel and events to Meta | Not included | Keep Polar or another tool for that |
| Their AI on Polar data | Profit Agent on Premium, plus MCP from Advanced | Questions about your profit, not their warehouse |
| Built for scaling brands | Self-serve, including a free plan | No sales cycle to see the number |
First day and first week
Connect one store. On day one you should see profit for the synced orders, not Polar's blended dashboards. In the first week, decide which questions were actually profit questions. Leave those in CostRadar. Leave connector and pixel work in Polar if you still need it.
Pricing difference
CostRadar Free is $0 for 100 orders a month. Advanced is $29.99 per store per month. Premium is $49.99 per store per month. Yearly billing is 20% off. Paid plans include a 14-day trial. There is no per-order fee and no GMV fee.
