What is CostRadar?

CostRadar by Radrly is an AI profit agent for Shopify and multichannel e-commerce: it tracks costs, ad spend, fees and COGS and shows true net profit per order, product and channel.

Who it is for

CostRadar is for merchants who sell on Shopify and want the number that is left after product cost, fees, and ads. It is also for brands that sell on more than one channel and currently keep Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Allegro, or eBay in a separate login.

If you already ask what the business kept, in the app or in Slack, that answer uses the orders, fees, and ad spend already on the books. CostRadar is not an ad buying tool and it does not file taxes.

The problem it solves

A store dashboard shows revenue. It does not subtract product cost (COGS), the shipping the merchant pays, ad spend, payment and platform fees, operating expenses, and taxes in one place.

A second channel usually means a second report. Amazon fees, Allegro commission, eBay final value fees, and Shopify payments do not share one column. CostRadar puts those costs on the order, the product, and the channel so true net profit is one number, not a spreadsheet you rebuild at month end.

How it works

Five steps:

  1. Create an account and connect each store from Settings, then Stores. A Shopify store can also start from the Shopify App Store listing. One CostRadar store is one storefront, or one Amazon marketplace.
  2. Add product cost. Some catalogs can supply a cost. You set product cost for Amazon, Allegro, and eBay listings, including a start date and bundles where the store supports them.
  3. Connect the ad accounts you want read into profit: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Amazon Ads, and Microsoft Advertising. CostRadar reads spend. It does not pause ads or change bids.
  4. Read true net profit by order, product, and channel. Refunds reduce what counts as kept on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Allegro, and eBay.
  5. Ask Profit Agent what you kept. You can ask in the app, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. A weekday morning in the app and in Slack names true net and one leak. You confirm before it flags a recurring cost or opens a fee or shipping rule.

What is different, in facts

Six stores connect as themselves: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Allegro, and eBay. TikTok Shop and Walmart are coming soon.

Allegro is its own store, connected with OAuth from Settings, then Stores. Orders, refunds, commission and payment fees, offer-level product cost, and Allegro Ads billing land in the same profit number. CostRadar does not edit Allegro listings or change bids.

eBay is its own store. Orders, buyer refunds, order-linked marketplace fees, listing identity for product cost, and Promoted Listings billed charges are read in. Payouts shown on Settlements are transfers of money already counted, not a second cost.

You can ask Profit Agent questions in the app, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. The morning summary is in the app and in Slack. It does not pause ads or change bids. Amazon reimbursement help is an assisted draft you submit in Seller Central. CostRadar does not file that claim. Plan amounts are on https://costradar.ai/pricing/, not here.

Where to install it

Shopify: install from the Shopify App Store listing at https://apps.shopify.com/costradar.
